I have worked with Davina for over 4 years now.  There is a reason she is a household name – she is, in real life, exactly what you might hope for – funny, charming, not in the slightest bit vain or insecure about her looks (which makes photographing her a dream) and is the sort of person who simply makes everyone around her feel good.

So with that in mind, it is makes sense that L’Oreal would choose her to be the face of Garnier Nutrisse. In fact, the relationship has worked so well that they are now celebrating 10 years together…and the wonderful thing for me..is that I got to shoot the ad.

It was amazing to be part of the preproduction meeting in a packed boardroom at the L’Oreal building headquarters, and having the realisation that this was the kind of thing I dreamt I might one day do when I started my journey as a photographer.

Happy 2013! So exciting. New Year..new possibilities.

With that in mind I thought I’d mention a shoot I did for Wired Magazine with Lily Cole. Not only is she a supermodel and Cambridge graduate..but she is starting an online community called Impossible.com. A website where you can trade skills..or simply help someone if you fancy. It’s like a new currency with added feel-good factor. I think the world of 2013 might be ready for something like that. Hope it takes off. It should be launching soon.

Have had a lovely break and am now pleased to be back. I also have some exciting news. I have a new agent!

Wow! That came round fast. The time has come yet again for celebrating Christmas with friends and family..and switching off for a bit. So after a crazy busy month of shooting, that is what I am planning to do.

Here is a little Xmas pic I did with my two angles* Soren and Finn.

Abbey Clancy is officially a blonde bomb shell – and being married to footballer Peter Crouch, it’s easy to think that she might be a bit of a cute steriotypical WAG. However there is more to her than meets the eye. She is sweet, funny and intelligent..and brave enough to pose alongside a feisty stunt horse called Reine.

We had a fantastic day during our Fabulous Magazine cover shoot (published 16th September). Peter Crouch even popped by for a while to hang out, and for a couple of hrs I got to share in the madness of a footballers life – dodging paparazzi and chatting to autograph hunters. Not your usual Tuesday afternoon..
